“Room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.”

“The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it”

The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned. Even the “Do Not Disturb” sign was dirty, which speaks volumes about the level of housekeeping. There were……
