“Everything was dirty, broken or worn out. No one cleaned the breakfast area in the 2 days we were there. TV channels made no sense, numbers on the guide never matched the actual station, HVAC unit never stopped or started on the set temperatures. Ice machine broken, holes in the wall, broken towel racks, etc. This place needs a lot of work before I visit it again.”
