“Good stay. Stacy provided good communication and service. ”

“House was clean, quiet and in a great location close to the restaurants downtown. Nice seating area at the side of the house. Downstairs area was nice and cool. Definitely recommend because of location, communication with the host and cleanliness of the home.”

“The property is listed accurately. It is small but comfortable with great attention to detail. Amenities are thoughtful and well taken care of. Property manager great communicator. A drain problem-not out of the ordinary-was fixed promptly during the stay without inconvenience to us. Definitely planning another stay. Nice neighborhood convenient to old town. Second bedroom having no bathroom is inconvenient. But it was clearly noted in the listing so expected. ”

“This was a perfect location. It was within walking distance of my daughter's apartment and many restaurants and shops. The pool and game room were great to get away from the heat outside. Stacy responded quickly to a couple of minor issues we had. ”

“This property was in the Old Town North neighborhood. It’s centrally located and very close, walkable even to Old Town shopping and restaurants. The townhome was very clean, the kitchen was very well supplied. The bedrooms were upstairs and a bit warm when we arrived but the AC cooled it down without issue. Small issue with the garage door which was promptly addressed by management. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are in the area. ”
