“We came for almost a week starting Easter weekend. On Easter Sunday, we were having family over for a barbecue. I went to start the grill at around 12:30 (our people expected around 1) and the propane tank was empty. I messaged Kenneth, and inside of 10 minutes he had us a new tank there. Literally. “Hotel itself was very clean, never got breakfast, so can’t speak for that. Lyft and Uber were very scattershot to get to and from Evergreen and didn’t want to take the chance for Red Rocks getting stranded. Biggest pet peeve was a mysterious 15 dollar a day charge they gave me. Hotel policy for access to pools and hot tubs I didn’t use. I’m sure it’s hidden somewhere in some page and subsection in Expedia disclosure, but still sucks and probably could have done better just calling hotel……
