“This is a really nice unit and with absolutely amazing view. The best surprise was this unit faces East, so the sunrises are spectacular and worth getting up early to view! Echota is very conveniently located for sightseeing, grocery stores, really good restaurants and Grandfather Mountain.Paul responds quickly and patiently answered all my questions. Just know this is the bottom unit of the 3 stories so you have to go down steps, but the view is just as nice.We will definitely be coming back. ”

“Property was very clean and king bed is really comfortable. Check in and out simple and quick. It was a rainy misty weekend so didn’t get to use the lovely outdoor pool. Plenty of restaurants, wineries within shortish driving distance. Recommend the Mountain Dog for great coffee and breakfast. 2nd time at this Foscoe properties and definitely will be back”

“This was a beautiful condo with so many special touches extras that it made it feel like we were family. The location was convenient. The deck was relaxing. Beds were comfortable. I haven't stayed anywhere else that I felt like they have thought of everything that might come in handy. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.”

“Nice condo. Great location, easy to get to the complex and the unit itself. We loved the rec center with pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Very nice kitchen and bright, sunny living room. There were no bedside lamps in either bedroom, which we would have liked, but there is a record player (with records!). Very nice stay overall.”
