“We arrived late. Directions were clear to retrieve keys, parking was available, and no issues getting inside. A bit noisy, perfect for overnight stay. ”

“We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional. I was concerned about the lack of parking considering I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and needing to unload/load everything (plus then haul up 3 flights). The parking garage is right around the corner and only 8/day so that worked out well. We had toilet issues initially that ended up being……

“I will start with the pros: The hotel is in a very good location. It's within walking distance to dining, shopping, and the aquarium. The room has been fabulously renovated and decorated. We also did not see or hear any other residents.Now the con: When we arrived the room, the first thing we noticed was a very loud sound. Upon investigation, it was the air conditioning unit, which is housed in a closet next to the bed. As it is the height of the summer, and the unit was not yet at a comfortable……

“The property was a great place to stay while visiting Chattanooga. It was easily within walking distance of all of the Southside district. The condo was very nice and as described. It was well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Even though it was central to Southside, it was very quiet. All of the items in the condo were top notch including the furniture, appliances, linens, and personal items provided. Cathy was an excellent communicator, even checking on us to make sure……

“The rooms were clean although there were several maintenance issues1 toilet paper holder in master br was about to fall off the wall.2. Electrical receptacles not working, adjacent to the sofa near the door 3. Ice maker on refrigerator blocked not working”

“We had a great stay. The place was super cute, comfortable and convenient to so many great things downtown Chattanooga has to offer. My mom, my daughter and I were here to see Mamma Mia at The Tivoli Theater which we could see from our room. So close and convenient. We walked to Old Gilman Grill for dinner. Easy to walk to and such great food. Lizzette was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She was so helpful. This place had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t expect like……
