“We’ve been coming to this place since 2019. Beautiful property, nice and clean rooms. Like location and the way it situated. Nice stuff. The only problem this year that it had a very poor wi-fi connection. You get password for “free wi-fi” but it connects for 2 sec and then disconnects and doesn’t even see it on available networks. No signal. So, prepare to use your data. Hope, this problem will be fixed soon because it is a big downfall for most guests. They have a nice breakfast but could use……

“We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

“Spotlessly clean with high end bedding and other amenities. The room wasn’t large but the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams made it feel more open. Loved that there was water and coffee available when I arrived as well. Staff even accommodated an early check in. Conveniently, as well as safely located in Plymouth. I could walk to a little cafe and the water easily. So very glad I found this little spot and I would definitely stay again!”

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our stay truly special. My children and I had an unforgettable time here. Highly recommended for the service alone!"
