“Beautiful setting with small pound with swans and ducks. Porch in back could use a good power wash. Pool was closed also. But we enjoyed it anyway and would recommend it to others.”

“I want to start by saying the stay was a 10 not a 5 , friendly owner and the rooms were so clean and beds were comfortable, I would recommend the stay for anyone. The prices of the rooms were reasonable. You are so close to the docks and ferry; that was a plus, and within walking distance of Main St.”

“Heritage House is a simple but nice, newly renovated hotel. The rooms were spacious (including a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, and a lot of cupboard and counter space but unfortunately no lighting) Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The hotel is a short walk/bike ride/drive from the ferries, and a quick walk to Main St. for restaurants and bars. And Hyannis is a good base for exploring the rest of Cape COD. Breakfast next door at the Comfort Inn was basic but adequate. Overall we……
