Great location, car was damaged by maintenance man and the owner was unwilling to accept responsibility. Had to have police come out to file a report after the owner declined to share insurance info. Wont stay there again.

I have stayed here several times prior and had a lovely stay. Very disappointed with this stay. Started off wrong when office door was locked at 4:00 when we arrived to check in. Had to stand outside in the rain after call # posted on door for someone to appear. King bed was lump and pillows were flat. 2nd visit in a week poor comparison.

A simple room, nothing fancy but it was very clean and everything worked properly. Nice area and a close drive to the ferry, and beach. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants (hotel is right on Main Street).

Don’t judge a book by its cover expression certainly applies to the Mariner Motel. It exterior looks dated and could certainly use a fresh coat of paint. However, as other reviews noted, the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. Given its rates I would say it’s a hidden gem.

I’ve never stayed at a better and cleaner Motel in my life. There is a special charm and cleanliness to the rooms and it feels very comfortable and at home. Minus the no breakfast and only. Minus the seasonal pool, I cannot complain about anything for the reasonable price.

Easy to find. Quick check in. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was all new with plenty of hot water. The downfall was No ice machine. The owner brought us some when we checked in, but we stayed 2 nights and had no ice. Also, as nice as the room was, there was no microwave. I was able to run water through the small coffee machine.
