“On arrival the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, the lobby is lovely and parking is right outside which is a plus as this is right on the Main Street across from the river walk, location was excellent and within walking distance of the river walk and downtown, there is an onsite bar and restaurant with a complimentary drink to use before 10pm on the night of our stay. The room was spotless and clean with the king size bed being very comfortable, coffee maker and……

“Southern charm, historic, with great hospitality. Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. Each floor had it's own history from its founding to the Civil War and beyond. Rooms had some original features along with modern bathrooms and amenities. Full complimentary breakfasts and late afternoon wine and cheese offerings. I highly recommend The Marshall House. ”

“Breakfast was simply fantastic with lots of variety. Offered daily toast, evening bar/coffee with snacks. Hosts were friendly and polite with lots of recommendations for things to do/ places to go. Simply a great place to unwind and get massages, peace and quiet! Highly recommend and definitely will return!💕”

“Our experience was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and a biscuit, Belgian waffle or pancake every morning. We had cookies waiting for us in the afternoon and wine and appetizers in the evening. We never made it to the port wine and snack before bedtime. The inn is magical with it recently updated decor. The staff bed over backwards to accommodate, and the location is close to historical sites. We can’t wait to return. ”

“Absolutely loved it! Wish we stayed more than one night. Staff was amazing. We were an hour or so down the road and we got a call from the front desk. The cleaning staff found my wife had forgotten her diamond pendant and chain behind. They are shipping it to us. Definitely above and beyond. The common areas were great. We met some other guests that were quite friendly and entertaining. Will definitely come back and stay a long weekend next time we are in town. ”

“Great hotel! The rooms are very nice and clean, The shower is huge and the view of the Savannah River and all the barges that go by is exceptional. They offer a car service within in 3 miles and the drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly.”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”
