"The staff stood out. Fantastic group of individuals. We enjoyed our interactions with everyone...very friendly! We appreciate the Manager's Happy Hour in the afternoons...even though the gatherings were held in the restaurant. Filming of Road House 2 created a bit of confusion. Great corner room overlooking the river!"

"Large, clean room and easy check-in. If you want to visit Savannah and walk around, this is an ideal location. You can cross the street to explore River Street or head in the opposite direction for restaurants, attractions, and shopping. It was our first time in Savannah, and I didn’t realize just how close everything would be to the hotel—it was perfect. The only downside is parking. Valet parking is available in a garage across the street for $56 per night, or you can try to find street parking. We visited in January and were able to park right in front of the hotel for about $15 total for three days, but I imagine this would be difficult during peak season. We also grabbed food from the restaurant downstairs. It was good—nothing amazing, but convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
