“Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I plan to rent from this renter the next time I am in town. This is just an FYI if my issue happens to someone else. Please contact the renter right away with any issues. The only issue was the 1st night I arrived at 11:30 pm. The orginal apartment that I rented wasn't cleaned. I emailed the renter and received a new apartment within 6 minutes. I was happy with the quick speed of response time and ability to move me to a different apartment considering……

“We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. My husband and I were taking our son to his first Steelers game and this was within walking distance to the stadium and other downtown restaurants and bars. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. The valet was an added plus.”

“The house is nice and cozy. 2 floors with top floor with bedroom and mainfloor with kitchen, living room. There is a nice backyard also which my dogs loved. We attended a concert and only stayed a night but would have been great for longer stay also.”

“What can I say. This place checked off all the boxes, and then some! My family enjoyed all the amenities of the clean and fully furnished home, as well as its locality. It was so close to the city, stadiums and nightlife, that (barring any traffic) everything was within just couple minutes drive.”

“The ease of checking in and checking out is exactly what we needed this weekend for a basketball tournament with unpredictable game times. The house had all the stuff we needed for my three kids and I. Plenty of towels/washclothes, kitchen accessories and even tea. I really appreciated the comfy beds and blankets. I asked for a later check out and my request was accommodated immediately. I would recommend this cozy house to everyone. Thanks Danielle G”

“I rented this house with my husband, his sister, and her husband, to attend a special family event. This house was in a perfect location for us, and had plenty of room for both couples. It's beautiful finished and furnished, with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. And we loved that it was supplied with local soap and lotion, a bottle of wine, Easter flowers, and everything we needed for breakfast: bread, egg, bacon, coffee, and cream! Thank you, we look forward to staying with you again!”

“This stay was phenomenal! It was somewhat difficult to get ahold of the property owners up until the actual booking however, everything listed, all of the details, and the home were exactly as I was told. It was a phenomenal stay and the homeowners have thought of so many little details!”

“Me and my sister were in town to visit our Dad and see some sights and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s close to the interstate for easy access to wherever you want to go. It’s close to a bunch of tourist locations on the North Shore. It’s clean, functional, and was the perfect place to complete a great visit to Pittsburgh!”

“The property was very clean and neat. Everything was in working order. Towels and Linens provided was especially convenient. Location was nice located across the street from a dollar general incase you needed to grab any last minute items. The Pitt campus, shopping and restaurants all within 15 minute drive. Parking is on the street and was typically readily available. We would stay again.”

“Six guys attended a bb tourney in downtown Pittsburgh. We could both walk and drive to our games. Lots of very nice common room and privacy for sleeping. Host Ellie was wonderful! Highly recommend this place for a family or large group or gathering.”

“We are vacation rental property owner/operators so this may be more critical than it should be. What I liked 1) while not in the core of downtown, not far away to anything downtown 2) Plenty of sleeping space as described 3) reasonably stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo - all the basics. 4) While the age of the house is relatively old, the interior upgrades are really nice. I really liked the upgrade of the kitchen and bathrooms. None of these critiques are negatives, just that I……

“Very unexpected; secluded oasis in the middle of the city. Hidden gem! Peaceful camp like experience (outside) with the added bonus of sleeping in a house! Driveway is as described and should be heeded. A bit tricky but maneuverable. However, what tops all of that is Laura allowing our fur babies to be with us!! Great experience!”

“Very easy to find and it was nice to have a garage and parking spot. We were able to find close by street parking for our 3rd car and friends that came over. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard with grill was nice for our dog and another outdoor space. There is a busy road and train tracks behind the property, we thought it would be a problem but we dealt with it and got use to the train. Beds were comfortable but would not recommend the futons on the 3rd floor for……

“We had a great stay! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the host very responsive and kind.”

“Once we became acclimated to the terrain & most convenient roads to reach the destination, it was pretty easy to get around. The house provided sufficient space for our small group. The only thing was the lack of AC to keep us cool. Only one room fan and a small ceiling fan upstairs. Our last night was a bit WARM & a little sweaty. The house was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Cathy checked us in last night and she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. No complimentary coffee, but their is coffee in the room. If you want breakfast, I definitely recommend you book it when you book the room. ”
