“Older motel. Very rustic. Shower like a phone booth. Staff was friendly . Bed uncomfortable. Hot room. Window air conditioner took a while to cool the room. Large parking lot adjacent to the motel.”

“This is a newer property. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are sparkling. Our only quibble is that the tubs are very slippery and there is only one grab bar and it’s outside the curtain. Be careful. Good breakfast selection.”

“Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ……
