When we entered our room it smelled like someone was smoking. We felt a chill and realized that a window was open. The outside temperature was around 35 degrees. I called the front desk and asked if we could be moved to a different room. The agent at the front desk let me know that every room was taken so no chance to move.

Very disappointed so much pot smoking in rooms and entry from parking lot. This is No smoking hotel, all the loud running and other guests in hallways, and the e bugs crawling in my room, made me leave a day early forfeiting my 2nd nights fees.

Room was disgusting, mold in shower on caulking, air fresheners were placed about although it still stunk. There was a plastic bag taped on the smoke detector. Trash in hall ways outside rooms all up and down hallways. When we turned on heater it smelled horrible for a few hours. There is cheaper, and way better options in Gaylord for your stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Our room appeared to look clean, but the bathroom was filled with drain flies that were crawling all over. The room itself was so musty that my sinuses swelled shut making breathing miserable. And the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that it felt like sleeping on concrete. By 4am I was so uncomfortable that I went out to me vehicle to sleep. I have stayed at many Quality Inns and have always been pleased. This was not one of those times. I will be avoiding this location in the future.
