“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”

“The floors need to be power scrub not just a wet mop. Only 1 hanger in closet the maintenance man got us more our last week of stay. It would be nice for people that stay more then a few days to have a small dresser so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. We have other but you can talk to Jason about them. The nice thing it was walking distance to shops and restaurants.”

“The host was wonderful and responsive. The unit was clean and beds were comfy. Being right on the water it was a beautiful view with morning coffee watching the boats go by. ”

“Place is exactly as shown. Clean and updated. Community Pool was cold and lounge chairs were all broken. Laundry on site if you download the app and put 10 on the app. The booking process was the longest and most in-depth I’ve ever done for all rentals combined. I understand getting people info but man It was, to say the least, a nuisance. ”

“This property was an excellent choice to stay for a night in Fort Lauderdale. The location was perfect being walking distance of restaurants, shops and nightlife. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the place although there definitely was some wear and tear but I would not say it hindered our experience. The parking was easy and so were the checkin instructions. We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future ! Thanks for having us ”
