“My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, the toilet was not functioning properly and had to be manually plunged every time it was used, which……

“Shower door did not close. Shower water pressure/ shower head was terrible. Toiletries were inadequate Hallways did not have a pleasant smell”

“Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"”

“It says on thing free breakfast but I get up at 7:45 and then they said that breakfast closes at 7:30 and they're out of everything don't go stay there sorry ladies and gentlemen”
