“First problem we ran into was that the toilet did not properly flush. Meaning we could only flush the toilet every 30mins maybe more. This room was shared by 3 women by the way that had just got off the road from driving for 4 hrs straight. Then while showering the tub would fill up as if it was stopped up and it was noticed that it was poorly cleaned. Ewwwww, tried calling down noticed the phone was working 😒 so I walked down to report the issues and asked if I could be moved unfortunately……

“Toilet was leaking, couldn’t understand the staff, hard beds, blanket looked like curtains”

“There are plenty of stores in the area.”

“Everything was great.”

“The rooms were not that clean. It is a non smoking hotel, yet I was placed on the second floor surrounded by people that were smoking marijuana. They basically placed all the black people in one area as if we all do the same thing. I have a service dog with vest and badge and they tried to refuse my animal claiming no pets allowed but there were 5 other dogs and 2 cats in other rooms. The pool was never cleaned and the front lobby smelled like urine.”

“I like the casino; however, when we left around 9am the coffee station was closed.”
