My stay was to perfection. Quiet, peace, fun, and very comfortably!!! Staff at the front desk were amazing!! Some of Housekeeping could be better with their attitude but they were doing a great job as well!! The breakfast provider made me feel welcomed as if it was bed in breakfast n stayed on top of breakfast items!! The water from a visual eye was not too good but hey it’s west Monroe that’s normal, still felt good!!! 9/10 Good Job wingate!!

No suitcase rack. No tub stopper (you might as well just take the tub out and put in a walk-in shower). Traffic on I-20 very much heard. But it felt safe, and it's convenient.

WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The owner needs to tend to their assets! Everything about this hotel was terrible. From the smell, to the AC, to the conditions of the rooms, to the doors not working properly... and much more.

The room smelt musty, the tv didn’t work good. After you turn it on there were lines going down it. The smoke detector was cover in tape. We received a key (looked like an old truck key) as our room key and not the cards, which was no big deal. No coffee in room. Needs updating.
