"Very spacious"

"I am 84 years and my wife is 82. We were give a 1st floor apartment , There was s handicap ramp to the building units if needed. We did not need it,but it is better to have it and not need it , than to need it and do not have it. We ha d two bathrooms and a walkin shower.We had everything that we needed in the unit for our stay. We just had to buy groceries. It was just like being at home. the unit was clean and comfortable. The staff were focus to our needs. The stay was like a anniversary gift.......Thank you.,,,,warren and my wonderful wife"

"We got there and they could not find our reservations after some time they found it . When we booked we booked a first floor room well they told us they did not have any renovated rooms on the first floor and wanted to change our room . Why offer it if you do not have it . then you have to meet someone else so they can try to sell you a time share . After checking and a first floor room we went into the room and it was very musty you could even smell it in the curtains . There was mildew on the window sills the microwave had a big crack in it . The room and furniture is very dated . I do not know if I would stay here again"

"Great place to stay with my kids for the weekend! Safe area, quiet, and nice amenities. There's mini golf, a heated outdoor pool that was actually warm and not far from Busch Gardens. Staff was very nice and helpful! Well definitely stay here again."

"Everything was great accept going up and down the stairs with our luggage to get in the lower towns section. My husband and I both have lower back problems and my mother has congested heart disease. Everything else was great."

"My husband and i went for a quiet long weekend in Williamsburg and we found it here. The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was pretty good too, the only problem was that the shower water didnt get hot, but the jetted tub water was hot. Overall we got our relaxation and we enjoyed the stay."

"Pros first, the sheets and room in general were clean. But there was hair in the bathroom floor in numerous spots. Some long some short.. Breakfast was terrible, after throwing it up we took the kids to mcdonalds. The second morning we just didn't even bother with breakfast. There's no microwaves or fridgerators in the room, so if you're bringing kiddos be prepared for this. The doors to the outside of the building are never locked. The key only worked for one night of our stay - also seen other guest dealing with this issue. Overall it was an okay stay for where we were. But upon check in at 11 at night, the tv didn't work, we had 2 towels (for our 5 person stay check in), One staff member from afternoon shift did help tremendously. But the rest were terrible, specifically the person working the "breakfast area" as I attempted to ask questions she was rude and more concerned with peeling her orange and dropping the peels in the floor."

"Beautiful grounds, stunning views, filthy hotel room. Dirty walls, greasy remote, hand prints on the wall. We typically love Hilton vacation club properties, but this wasn’t it. Lovely historic building as soon as you drive in, unfortunately we chose not to stay there for the weekend. "
