“The home is a little outdated but worth the money… In a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard for kids to play, nice neighbors that understand. We had my daughters baby shower in Baltimore and so 4 families stayed there comfortably. One room has 4 beds which was perfect for the kids. The ass says 2 bathrooms but really it’s 3! Extra refrigerator in the garage and lots of coolers/games. All my guest said it forced them to socialize! And the Kitchen and Pantry are packed with leftovers. We did……

“A very comfortable, clean and quiet little house. Perfectly located for us (near our grandkids). Communication with the host was a highlight, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out! She immediately responded with a quick solution. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable.”

“We had the apartment all to ourselves, and it was clean and stocked with food and treats. It was located in a nice, safe, quiet, interesting neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks. The hosts made themselves available when needed, but also left us alone to enjoy our stay.”

Pro: + 10 minute walk to Blue line Minnesota station + quiet neighborhood + fully equipped kitchen + digital locks and security system + modern walk-in shower in master + single car garage (great for a compact vehicle) + plenty of linens, household supplies, laundry + solid Wi-Fi + excellent host support Con: - in our stay we had nothing negative come up”

“The host provided clear directions and instructions and was quick to response to questions. The amenities provided were plentiful, especially toiletry items like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It was great not having to pack those things!”

“We enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. The location is fantastic within close proximity to everything. The area was easy to navigate in our car as well. The first night, we parked in a lot down the street. The second night, we risked it and left our car on the street. No ticket! There was always parking available in front of the house and there are several lots nearby that are easy as well. The owners were very communicative and made the check-in/out process really easy.……

“Our host was quick to respond. All directions were clear and easy to follow. I made 2 lighting recommendations; in the dark alley and on the condo staircase. One queen bed is a Murphy bed, which took us a few minutes to realize and gave us all a good laugh. Perfectly located and parking was easy.”
