“Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast.”

“The property is an old building and we both thought that the rooms could do with a bit of an update - the bathrooms were very modern. The rooms and hotel were spotless, the staff were absolutely superb - so kind, helpful and polite. It was a lovely idea to have free bottles of water at reception when we arrived with the weather being hot. “A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me.
