The room was great, far better than a Premier Inn, the pub/restaurant was excellent and served lovely food. The added bonus of breakfast included in the price also adds to the value! We wholly recommend and would stay again if we visit Oldham/Manchester again!

Perfect location for us to get to coop arena, easy to drive too off the motorway. Rooms big, comfy bed & great shower... staff really friendly & breakfast gave a lot of choice... Good value for money & would be more than happy to stay again.

A very warm welcome checking in was seamless, super polite and friendly staff member. Great service in the pub, lovely food and atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and again great service from all staff. The room was very clean and comfortable for all 4 of us. Lovely hot shower with big soft towels to start the day. Highly recommended staying here, we'll definately be back thanks for a very enjoyable stay.
