“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one……

“We stayed here previously, and would stay here again, if we ever came back to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel is nice, although the bathroom is a little cramped, but the shower is spacious with ample hot water and water pressure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is large and laned for swimming. The gym is small but very adequate with a pulley machine, dumbbells, adjustable bench, a stationary bike and a really cool and easy……

“We booked through Expedia for 3 nights. Because of a medical emergency requiring us to drive 10 hours back to RI we had to leave a day earlier than expected. We experienced this emergency on Saturday evening and so informed the desk clerk. We were told we needed to call Expedia since we did not give them 48 hours advance notice. We called Expedia explained the situation and they emailed the hotel to support our situation. We were told by the front desk that only the manager could make an……
