“I definitely give this property 5 gold stars in all categories. It was EXACTLY as advertised with the owner taking care to provide little 'extras' on top of that in the form of snacks, coffee, etc... The electric awning is not even mentioned, but it makes a nice outside sitting area with the provided picnic table. The tiny camper is perfect for a night or a few for 1-2 people. Very clean, great communication and all the things you would want.”

“Super nice, peaceful get-away. Love the private dock and all the sitting areas outside. Feels secluded and I like it. Very easy access as well.”

“Awesome week at the lake! We enjoyed our 3-generations trip to beautiful Tim's Ford. The house is has an amazing water location. We spent so much time outside at the dock and boating - our in-laws were super happy to be able to dock for the week - convenient! The house has all the amenities and supplies you need for a week of fun, just bring your suits. Andy was a master host - checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed, super helpful. Highly recommend this property for a week of……

“Mattress was extremely soft and the bath tub was blocked and water just built up to your ankles when you had a shower. breakfast availability was poor with most items not available. Door did not shut on bathroom . TV unplugged and hard to get working”

“Front desk was nice, room was clean. A recommendation would be a water filling station or some dispenser in the lobby. Had a hard time finding water options to fill up my cup for traveling other than a drinking fountain.”

“Clean room. Comfortable place to stay Just off interstate pretty area”

“An old farmhouse environment decorated in Cracker Barrel decor. You can spend hours looking at the memorabilia. Nice front porch area. When they say pet friendly, they mean it. Even have a food and water bowl for your fur babies. Nice quiet area.”

“The rooms were clean and spacious. Good location. Would stay again.”

“Obsessed with this place!”

“Incredibly clean and very quiet. Looks and smells brand new and was very nice. Will absolutely stay here again when I'm in town”
