4.5/5 Wonderful! (14 reviews)
PROS: The room was beautiful and I loved the rustic aesthetic. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and warm. Walking distance to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Walk of Fame Park, and Country Music Hall of Fame, as well as lots of food options nearby. I like how they support sustainability and appreciated the little details such as the (optional) hourglass timer in the shower, reusable water bottles, etc.
CONS: My boyfriend and I put on the robes that were hung in the closet and after a few minutes of laying in them, he put his hand in the pocket only to find a vape pen in there (neither of us own vapes). We immediately took the robes off out of disgust as we realized they probably hadn't been cleaned after they had been worn by the last guests. We also found an opened alcohol beverage in our fridge when we first looked into it. We notified the front desk and they had someone come to replace our robes, take out the opened drink, and also gave us a room credit. Although they were apologetic, I was disappointed as it made me question the cleanliness of everything else in our room. Additionally, every time a door in our hallway closed, it would loudly shake our door (almost sounding like someone was deliberately playing with our door), which was disturbing at times throughout the day and at night too.
