I would give them 10 start if they have hot tub but everything else is wonderful. 5 start for sure thanks.

I greatly appreciated the heads up on the No elevator . Super clean, great decor and amenities! Conveniently located to the square And MTSU. Would stay here again!

The staff was attuned to our needs. We got in late and had to leave early. There was an attendant at breakfast that made sure we were being helped if we needed anything. I drove from Minnesota to Florida and back to Minnesota with Make a Wish. We had several stops on our way. Aside from the Make a Wish Villa supplied for our little traveler, this was the best stay of our trip.

Quick check in, lady at the desk very helpful. The room was clean but had a weird smell. Bed was comfy. There was a dog barking loudly across the hall when we first arrived. I don't agree with dogs being in hotel rooms at all because of noise and well its just not sanitary for others. The location was close to I-24 and lots of stores for shopping and restaurants. They only charge $25 for incidentals and it goes right back on card sometime after check out. Breakfast was good also.

The best part: The employees both overnight and morning hands down gave the best customer service i have had at a hotel in years. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Awesome shower pressure and temp. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Not my favorite parts: The bed was extremely firm and i prefer a softer mattress (not a complaint). The room smelled like someone had recently smoked in it. They offered to switch our room but i wanted the jacuzzi so we kept it. Overall...

Alway a pleasure to stay

From the second we walked into the hotel everything was fantastic. The staff was very accommodating, they even let our 10yr old niece pick which floor she wanted. We had 3 people for our room (double queens) but could have EASILY been comfortable with 4. Everything was very clean. The rooms were updated. Beds were comfortable. I loved that I could Bluetooth my music to the speaker on the night table. The staff was fantastic about recommending restaurants and places to visit. Oh! And the...

We love this hotel! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, more than eager to help. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice little kitchenette. Everything is clean and the bed is extremely soft and inviting. We will never stay anywhere else.

Stayed for two nights to be close to Nashville. Just a short drive into the city.

Excellent

The only complaint I have is the hotel seemed close to completely booked up and 2 of the 3 elevators were down making it very long waits to get up and down. When we checked in 2 we're working but the next morning only one was. All the other things the hotel had to offer were amazing, we got drinks at the bar, swam and ate breakfast. Will probably book there again
