“We enjoyed our stay at the Seasider. It was clean. The room had nice pillows, towels and mattresses. I liked the laminated flooring in the room. I get creeped out by carpeting in hotel rooms. “My wife and I drove the coast of Maine, from Portland, up to the West Quoddy Head Light. The overnight stay we had at Barncastle, was easily the best stay we had all trip. Between the beautiful grounds it sat on, the staff being so wonderful and accommodating, as well as the meal we at there, I'm not sure why you wouldn't make this a stop while in Maine.
