“A charming, quiet property in an awesome location. We biked to Schoodic point from the house. We found nearby Tunk mountain a great hike! The house is uniquely decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked. Handy reference books help acquaint visitors with everything the area has to offer. Although we were completely comfortable during our stay, the set up may not be practical for all ages (spiral staircase and bathroom located downstairs from sleeping loft). Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Technically the drive time to hikes in Acadia National park are really 25 minutes away from the property. It didn’t bother me too much because driving and seeing the views of Maine is beautiful. My room met my needs especially for the price. However there were lots of lady bugs alive and dead that I was sharing the space with lol. I was waking up at 6:30-7:00am due to the traffic of people driving along the road but I was starting my morning early anyways but just wanted to note for others. I……
