“Clean enough for a quick stop”

“We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.”

“I called to let them know I would be coming in at 9pm and was told that was fine. When I arrived, there was no staff at the desk so I waited. After 15 minutes I called their number. The person on the other line said give them one minute. It took them over 10 minutes to show up. They proceeded to say some woman called them and canceled my room on my behalf. After a conversation, she said there’s a room available she just needs to change the linens it’ll only be 5 minutes. It ended up being FORTY……

“Air conditioner loud and turned on and off frequently. Carpet felt greasy on my bare feet. When I got in the shower my feet were really dirty.”

“The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order.
