"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically.
