Absolutely love this hotel. The tatami mats are comfortable and clean to walk on barefoot , the onsen hours are so accessible, the drinks they provide daily , everything was amazing !

Wow this hotel was our favourite in Japan (and also the best value for money). The staff are so helpful, the onsen is fabulous and the free food is a plus. We had such a great experience there that we wanted to extend. Highly recommended

Matsumoto is wonderful and the hotel was easily accessible near the train station. The fun of the city is a short walk away and the hotel had everything we could want.

My new favourite hotel in Matsumoto. Beautiful Japanese style rooms, gorgeous public baths which are tattoo friendly (if covered by plaster given out at reception), beautiful decor, free ice creams, yokult, close to station, would stay here again!

A beautiful Japanese style hotel. Great location a few minutes from the bus and train station and about 20 minutes from the castle. Lovely rooms, beautifully clean with everything you need as regards toiletries.No shoes allowed, free soft drinks after 3pm, free noodles after 9.30pm. Great natural spring spa. An absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend.
