“Necesitaba quedarme otro día y ya no había lugar. Voy cada año y este año nos queríamos quedar un día más y no nos dieron la oportunidad. En la llegada no estaba mi habitación lista y llegué a las 3 querian que esperara una hora más cuando yo estoy cumpliendo mi llegada. La señorita me decía que mi check in era de 3 a 4 cuando en ningún lado decía y ella aseguraba que así era. Y se que no es así puesto que cada Año llevo a mi familia para estas fechas. Tuve que cambiar de habitación. ”

“The room was very comfortable, clean, upgraded and well lit. The location was not too far from the airport or zona romantica. There is also a vegan cafe - viva la vegan within 10 min walking distance for any vegans out there. The pool on the roof top is beautiful. Live music/DJ was ok and a bit loud. View is great and you can also walk down to the beach of the neighboring resorts. Our room faced the ocean and the road and was noisy at times due to the traffic. ”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Bad service. I did not live in the hotel for 2 nights, but they charge me 2 nights cleaning fee for no reason. If you don't want to pay the extra fee they won't let you to checkin.”

“This is a clean, comfortable, but modest business class hotel very convinient to the PVR airport. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at the hotel; and, I will likely stay here again before and/or after flying.”
