The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view. Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am. We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.

Una experiencia muy agradable. Cómodo, bonito, el personal atento y amable. Lo único que debe mejorar es el gimnasio, muy antiguo y descuidado.

我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。

Great view, comfortable room and excellent breakfast

Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik. Clean room, polite staff and comfortable. Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area. Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you).

View was incredible, location was perfect. Rooms were a bit small, and some of the staff were not too helpful / friendly given the price paid.

The two lady receptionists were helpful and good Waiters at breAkfast were cold. Male receptionist seemed cunning
