“一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～”

“The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. “This property had a beautiful location right on the waterfront and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly polite, professional and welcoming. The only thing I’d note was that there were many steps between the lobby, rooms and pools that might be unsuitable for some guests. It’s easy to get a taxi but the area around the resort isn’t really walkable, if that’s what you’re looking for.”
