“Sarah, who checked me in was both pleasant and terrific! She is also a fantastic multitasker! Matt had a very contagious and congenial disposition. I watched him maintain composure and professionalism while being tested by a rude guest with an unreasonable request. He made sure our stay was to our liking! The Hot tub is nice and big. The pool area closes late for adults. No kids allowed at 10p to close! I couldn’t believe my ears! Amazing! Every hotel should do this! The refrigerator in the room……
