“The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. “The house was beautiful and clean and the outside area was very nice. It was cold and windy during our two day stay so we weren’t able to enjoy it outside as much as we wanted. My low rating comes from the host. He was not welcoming in the least. I had to ask for the house code before arriving it wasn’t sent to me. I had to message him repeatedly each time to get an answer. I had first asked if the hot tub was ready for use and after a day with no reply I asked again and received a brief, “yes”.……

No cons but due to location near water and woods like setting do not leave food out! You will get ants. The top loft has a low ceiling but there were 2 queens and 2 TVs in separate areas up there.
