“This was like a piece of tranquil paradise in the middle of Galle Fort. It’s excellently located for exploring the fort and the building is beautifully preserved and offers excellent and spacious accommodation. We loved the room with a garden balcony, as we could watch and hear the world go by from the comfort of our room. “We booked three superior rooms and it was a great experience. Although at the beginning, the hotel didn't have enough room for us. The manager tried his best and solved the problem though. Loved the view of swimming pool and the ocean. The only disadvantage is that you have to take a tuktuk to go to the beach, about 150rs one way. The hotel has shuttle bus too(9:30-10:30 and 17:30-18:30). And meal serving is a bit slow.”
