“Accommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. “This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular……

“The hotel was great it had everything we needed. It was like home away from home. Rooms were clean, beds were nice. Kitchenette was a plus. Has a fridge, sink, dishwasher, and a little electric stove. There is also a gym, laundry room, and a pool. There is a fire pit area outside and a bar and lounging area inside. The staff was excellent and friendly. Very accommodating with all your needs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if in Cleveland. There is a one time parking fee of $27……
