Excellent staff and customer service; however the remodel is not great. Air in one room could not cut off or adjust. Stayed on blowing cold. Door by lock was carved out. Some room outlets don’t work. Water in some rooms smelled like sewage. Stayed in 3 different rooms. However, the staff was amazing.

The check-in process was very quick and efficient. The outside area needed attention as both trash cans were overflowing and you could smell the trash as soon as you stepped out of the car. The rooms were okay, comfortable and clean enough although my son’s sheets were not clean. Overall the room was okay.

It was a great stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful to us. From the front desk staff to the maintenance people, everyone was happy and glad that you were staying with them. Just an enjoyable stay!
