This was a beautiful hotel rooms are very comfortable and the staff from the front desk to the concierge were wonderful! They provided a place to keep our bags while sight seeing. Even the restaurant staff at Dubliner were friendly! We ended up staying and extra night due to a major screw up with Amtrak!! But it was nice to get an extra night in DC and The Phoenix Hotel. We will definitely stay here again 😊

I was pleasantly surprised with the room's kitchen amenities and their accomodations for our dog! Even had a dog park walking distance from the hotel. Very cozy and perfect break from the road. Hotel is also accessible to most DC destinations.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,553 reviews)
We had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly, the room was a bit small but very comfortable. The main reason for writing this review is that in evening while having drinks, we saw a mouse in the lounge area. Also, when we left early the next morning, we saw mice near the kitchen area. We told the staff, and they were understanding and acknowledged the issue, however for the price each night, there should be no mice on the premises.
