“This is my third time staying at PlaceMaker Premier Sobro. I wouldn’t want stay anywhere else when visiting Nashville. The front desk is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is perfect for going downtown and it’s close to everything. Don’t hesitate, just stay here! ”

“Kasa was a revelation for us in this stay. Gorgeous and well furnished with fantastic communications about every aspect of the stay that included photos of what to do. Parking was easy and much cheaper through Kasa than paying otherwise. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfortable... They even provided a wine machine for white noise! Broadway was only a few blocks away. When we come back to Nashville, we will not be looking to stay anywhere else. ”

“We stayed at Placemakr since we had a wedding close by. The location was better than expected but the staff at the hotel made the stay perfect. Every person we talked to or saw in the property went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly! The room was great for two couples ( with a toddler) and was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“Communication was difficult, especially since booked through Expedia. This became an issue when it came to obtaining access codes, as the Sonder website (which was emailed to me for verification) didn't accept either Confirmation code. I also started a chat with Sonder 3 weeks prior to our stay asking about bed arrangements to ensure we had the correct number of beds, and I NEVER heard back from them. This was an issue becasue we got to the property and had to make up the sofabed but didn't know……

“The apartment was so nice and spacious. My only 2 complaints is about the check in procedure. It would've been easier to understand if it had just stated use the parking garage elevators up to your floor. The whole note about using the walkway with the glass door was hard to find. My last complaint is that the curtains really weren't big enough to cover the whole witdows and it was very bright in our rooms at night from outside lighting. they need the pull down shades that block all the……
