“Cabin was perfect setup for 1 to 2 people. Very nice and comfy, loved seeing the deer aroind the neighborhood daily. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin for a long weekend. It has everything you need. It's clean, comfortable, well stocked and has comfy beds. The heated bathroom floors were a bonus! Wonderful location. Host has excellent and prompt communications. ”

“Excellent location, close to Durango (10-15 minutes), but far enough out of the city. Wonderful access to hiking trails on property. Had everything we needed and more. Easy to communicate with host. The only downfall were the mice living with us. It didn't bother us too much since the host had this disclaimer, but they did get into our food and left droppings everywhere. ”

“Clean, convenient, helpful owner. 3 br/2 bath - all on one level. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable den. Drawbacks are proximity to other residences, no view, noisy highway adjacent. Budget friendly. Despite drawbacks, I would stay here again!”
