“泳池很不错，孩子们玩得很开心”

“I’ll start from the beginning. The staff was very friendly and consistent. Shoutouts to Osvaldo for carrying my luggage up, Oscar for the perfect drinks , Eric for doing my omelette with chicken the way I liked it for breakfast. You do have awesome views of the arch which my room had. The facility is very clean and organized so no problem there. The issues I had was the bed was very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in. The plug outlets work only if you tilted your cellphone adapter a certain way……

Major issues included: * No hot water in the room, requiring a room change * Other guests experiencing the same hot water issue * Ongoing construction and noise disruptions not disclosed in advance * Strong varnish/paint fumes from nearby maintenance work * Management promised to pause the work due to a pregnancy but did not follow through * Requested room arrangements (connecting rooms and ocean view) not provided *……

“I have been an owner for over 10 years now and came down to make sure that my son, daughter in law and their 2 boys got checked in alright. Pueblo Bonito SB is a wonderful resort.”

“El Hotel Le Blanc fue un gran descubrimiento. El hotel es hermoso. La ubicación es excelente. Yo que amo la playa, Le Blanc fu perfecto pues tiene una buena extensión de playa donde se acomodan los camastros. Los restaurantes son muy buenos. La calidad de la comida y la bebida es muy altas. especial mención es Lumiere, no se lo pueden perder (los mejillones son espectaculares). El Restaurante Ocean es maravilloso, no se lo pueden perder, está junto al mar y con la mejor vista. Se nota la buena……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“The property was clean. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The restaurants closing early was a little off putting. The view is beautiful. The drinks were not strong whatsoever- not even sure they had alcohol in them. Overall, it was an okay experience. ”
