“The Denver General Hotel is a beautiful historical building. They were just begining to decorate for Christmas and it was so nice. Great location in downtown Wilmington. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but perfect for our needs. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast. We are planning on staying again next time we visit. ”

“This little Inn deserves all the stars and more! We will never stay anywhere else again when we are in the area. It was like stepping back into a world where human interaction and customer service were paramount, and I didn’t realize how much I had missed that! Check-in was easy and the sweet lady who owns the property (who performed our check-in) was just lovely! The room was absolutely spotless and so cozy. I loved that the decor was more traditional style, as I am so over the somber grey,……
