“Nice little hotel. Close to a lot of things. Mattresses were really hard, and the linens smelled like chlorine. ”

“Very modern, clean, and the staff did appear to pay attention to detail, which isn’t something you often plan to rate for lodging, but I did want to throw that in. Check-in process was very quick, and Champagne was offered during this time. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the entrance. The heated outdoor pool was a huge hit for my daughter. Especially since there are very few places you can swim outside at during the winter in Northern Michigan. Our room was clean, and our view……

“We had a great time. Parking was a concern but in emailing Riley. We came up with a solution. Parking lot is too small for big Trucks. Riley was quick to respond to any emails that I sent during our stay. I sent him pictures of a few things that I had concerns with and he assured me these things would be taken care of.
