“Beautiful place”

“These owner/operators have thought of everything for you stay… no corners cut! You’ll love these!”

“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“Nice and quiet”

“The Sandbar is being renovated. Only half of it is done. There is no check-in or no one to actually speak to. If there is a problem we had to talk with the workers. The outside bar is not set up yet. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. Having said that, the room was very nice and clean. The outdoor space was nice and functional, good view of the lake. They did have an indoor area with couches and a couple game tables. It will be a really nice place when it is complete!”

“This is a great place to stay, however, if you’re in the adjoining rooms and you have noisy neighbors ….it echoes back into the other room if you’re not in a hallway room. The management was excellent on having a loud child next-door quiet down , even though it was due to the combined entry point. Loved the beds and the view was excellent. Rooftop bar was really nice and pleasant. They had cookies in the evening, which were really good and they always had to grab breakfast of croissant or stone……

“Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room……

“I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again.”

“This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken. Unfortunately we didn’t switch because I felt like the others would’ve been similar and we had a party to get to immediately upon check in, so there was no time for us to……

“Everything was very well maintained and the rooms were newly renovated. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. Daughter loved the four pool and the beach and husband loved the golf courses.”
