We had a wonderful stay at Olli’s Boutique Hotel in Montenegro. For a brand-new hotel, they are doing an amazing job.. The service feels very personal, the staff quickly get to know their guests and their needs, which is exactly what makes a boutique hotel special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is such a kind and welcoming man and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The entire staff were exceptional ,friendly, attentive, professional and truly above five star service. The property is beautiful, extremely clean and very well maintained. We especially loved the gorgeous sunbeds and the beautiful, clean swimming area. There are just a few very minor details that could be improved, such as having reception and other important extension numbers available on the room phones and offering a little more variety at breakfast. But these are very small things, especially considering how new the hotel is. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay at Olli’s again. Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip. It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken. Reception arranged a private taxi that cost €45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only €25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated. Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience.

Établissement joli tout neuf et très joliment décoré …. Mais !! Emplacement trop loin de la mer,heureusement on a un accès à 2 plages privées . Tout le tour de l’hôtel est en travaux ! Vous avez le bruit des marteaux piqueurs en boucle …Ce qui nous a vraiment déçu c’est le niveau de service ! On nous met a disposition des pantoufles en coton comme dans tous les hôtels de standing ! Et bien dans celui là on vous les fait PAYER ! Il faut les rendre pour que l’hôtel les lave et les remet en service ! Alors qu’elles se trouvent dans l’armoire de la chambre ! On vous met dans la salle de bain une petite pochette avec un nécessaire ! Brosse à dents coton charlotte jetable ! Et bien de la même manière si vous utilisez et que vous l’emportez avec vous ON VOUS LE FAIT PAYER. ! C’est la première fois que je vois un service minimum payant ! C’est inadmissible ! Une chambre qui est facturée 400€ la nuit ! Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cette enseigne et ne le recommanderons certainement pas .
