“Rooms cramped. Too tight around wardrobe area. No full length hanging for dresses. Poor breakfast. Breakfast buffet poor layout. Staff not very friendly except housekeeping staff who always greeted us. ”

“From the minute we arrived we were taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. The staff at Infinity helped us with all of our requests and inquiries during the entirety of our stay, everything from arranging dinner reservations to car rides and even suggesting sights/restaurants. One day we expressed interest in going to Jaz beach and everything was arranged for us - a personal driver took us there and back and when at the beach we were completely taken care of. I can say with 100% honesty……

“Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint was our room which was a suite, had a strong smell of tobacco. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.”

“The property doesn’t offer parking, you have to pay 15 euros a day, plus the standup shower was horrible, the water wasn’t draining and I had to turn the water off and wait nearly 5 minutes for the water to drain so I can continue. I would never stay here again”

“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……
