“I only have a few small cons of this hotel - the beds are pretty uncomfortable. The showers don’t have a place for shampoo conditioner etc so you have to put them on the ground - you can also see the drain in the shower which had mold in it. The rooms themselves were nice and we had room service / cleaning every day. Staff were nice and the area is gorgeous. We did go to the pier house connected to the hotel - food was good. However, the servers there seem extremely confused and slow. Our server……
“Staff super helpful and welcoming. Place was clean and spacious. Close to the ocean: we opened our window at night and let the sound of the surf lull us to sleep. Good restaurants within walking distance (Lobster House, Quincy's Lobster Rolls, bakeries, hotel restaurant w/ live music).

“We stayed in a Demi room which is pretty small but fantastic for the price compared to the nightly rates everywhere else. There was a parking lot, restaurant, coffee shop and pool. Plenty of outdoor seating. The room rate came with restaurant coupons, beach passes and free beach chair/ umbrella rental. The beach is across the street. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. One block over bicycle rentals to explore west cape may and the lighthouse. ”
