“We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.”

“The condo was very clean. we walked down to the lake and to the town from the condo. The scenery and facility was very pretty! We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! “Went to see Chris Stapleton for 2 nights. Love this unit. It is clean, comfortable, and has been recently updated. I will always try to book it in the future. Great location and lots to see and do. I changed the reservation numerous times and everyone was so helpful!”

“Property is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a ski weekend. I had to laugh because the fan that past guests commented on still is very thick with dust. The floors, countertop, bathrooms and appliances were all very clean. No issues. Liked the location and the large dining table for playing cards and family dinner. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids (11-14). Management team was excellent. Great weekend! We would come back. The weather and skiing conditions were...

“Family of 4 stayed 4 nights. Residence was clean and comfy. Kitchen items were grewt as we cooked in house a lofmof the stay. Shower was awesome. The red heat loggt was a bonus. Nice having a washer/dryer. Only hiccup was that the freedom pass is not included so we were not able to use the athletic club with indoor pool etc. That would have made our stay even better. Overall a great location tonother amenities within a shower drive or walk.”

“Everything went fine. The check-in process was totally on me. And the only thing was I took it as it was a 2 bedroom, which it ended up being totally fine. I guess if need be the couch pulled out. But it ended up just being 2 of us staying there, so it was all perfect, thanks so much.”

“Clean and cozy. The location is perfect and it had everything we needed.”

“This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. ”

“Peter was a great host. He was very communicative. The unit was super clean and perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location and not sure why so many people complain about the stairs… It wasn’t bad at all. ”

“Great location just a few yards from downtown Meredith. Walk to everything. Lakefront view. We stayed in the upper 2/1. Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. “Great location, cozy condo that served us perfectly. About a half mile to the beach with brewery and ice cream restaurant right around the corner and walkable distance. Had a great four day day.”

“Spacious 1 bedroom condo, very comfortable Queen beds and sofa bed. Beautifully renovated kitchen, family room and bedroom. Bathrooms still need updating (but there were no issues) and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Cannot beat the stunning views!”

“Great little condo, cute and cozy. Affordable place 15 minutes to great ski mountain. The little mountain there wasn’t really open, unfortunately. However, the did state that next season the maybe getting snowmaking abilities. I would definitely recommend.”
